Used to be a great company, now its just another boring bureaucracy mainly thanks to the CEO bringing on an army of stale non innovative bureaucrats from her old company that are stifling the company. Very very sad and disheartening.

Its still mission driven which I hope remains in tact.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Ignore repeating the buzzwords from the senior management actually set meetings that accomplish something.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually offer a career path, promote people or anything, its much lip service and no action, unless you are part of the CEOs inner circle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually paying market rate and at least offer a salary that is in line with inflation, it becomes harder and harder to work for UL every year.
