I have been with the brand for 2 years, and thoroughly enjoy working here. My direct manager and fellow colleagues are incredibly supportive and want to see me succeed. Compared to other companies, I'm extremely well compensated for my role and have fantastic work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that I see them regularly through our quarterly Global Town Hall meetings. I feel like I have a solid understanding of the direction the brand is heading and never feel nervous about brand health and job roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a diverse group of professionals who respect each other's opinions and perspectives. It's the first time I've worked with a group of individuals who genuinely enjoy each other's company and value each other's expertise. While we may have differing opinions, each conversation is respectful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet with a wide variety of individuals who weren't necessarily part of my team, but people I work with cross-functionally on a weekly basis. Also - they give you a 50% discount code when you interview! So even if you don't get the job, you get to buy gear!
