Under Armour Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company meet and greets - socializing w/ Chief executives and their subordinates

friendly and helpful, like to inform me that the athletes matter and what they want is our priority

Review from Sales Dept

They care about us and take care of us like we are one big Family

the behavior and the value we hold as one

The coworkers not store manager

I tried to rebuild a new team but poor management has lead to multiple teammates quitting without notice due to mistreatment and unhappiness in the work place.

I have literally never heard the managers complain about any coworker besides one which was an outside hire and was nearly immediately disliked and removed.

Review from Sales Dept

The store team meetings are really fun. We come together and align on some goals as a team. I like that the whole team is involved in the bonus structure so when we win, we all win

It's the employees and customers and our interaction with each other. There is alwasy that one customer or employee that needs to be put in their place, but once that happens we understand each other. Then we work together for the company thatbwe liked to work for

It is a place where learning is encouraged to a degree that no question or mistake makes you feel less than anyone else or makes you feel under appreciated while still being slightly competive

Review from Sales Dept

We work as a team

The company does a lot to give back to the local community.

PTO is really great. Holidays off and 2pm dissmissal the night or Friday before a holiday. Great benefits. You are encouraged to take PTO in my experience.

The manager and workers do work good together.

everyone loves motocross, its life

It was just so absolutely toxic and totally preventable

Review from Operations Dept

Engagement in events around the office, fitness, and appreciation for our products.

people are more relaxed than my last job

Review from Product Dept

The most positive about the company is the drive everyone have to make the company a better place

Review from Product Dept

We think Global and the fact we have a diverse environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It’s so far-gone; I just wouldn’t work here and if I were an SVP, I’d bale and put my efforts somewhere else. Never any alignment on direction of the company among all the executives. They need to lock themselves into a room until they figure i

Hire people who are excited to be there. Hire people who aren't just there for a paycheck.

Connected Fitness is the stepchild of UA. There is no direction, strategy, or career growth. Leadership has a bully mentality.
