What did you like most about the interview process?

Being able to express my ideals, goals and future accomplishments

The provocative nature of my interviewer was so delicious to answer personal questions for until ..it spoke. I sat puzzled because my ears heard a sound not consistent with my eyes.

I got to meet with a wide variety of individuals who weren't necessarily part of my team, but people I work with cross-functionally on a weekly basis. Also - they give you a 50% discount code when you interview! So even if you don't get the job, you get to buy gear!

There are lots of flexibilities so it's not like you have to meet certain criteria.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Total lies. They make it out like you are working a shift and then it is two days mandatory overtime constantly for months on end without even mentioning that in the interview and making out like you are getting your shift with possible, random overtime days. No, it is constant.
