We're a diverse group of professionals who respect each other's opinions and perspectives. It's the first time I've worked with a group of individuals who genuinely enjoy each other's company and value each other's expertise. While we may have differing opinions, each conversation is respectful.

IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT...IT'S MANAGEMENT!

The culture is not collaborative and celebrates whoever has the loudest voice in the room. A better approach would be to listen and strive to add real value to consumers through both products and experiences.
