Under Armour Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Considerate solely of the stock holder / Wall Street - could care less about employee or customer input. Offshore predominate customer service to the Philippines - whom give the 'House' Away to get the great reviews they receive

They engage with us teammates and show they care for you not only as an employee but as part of a family

Everyone is understanding and excellent except my store manager

The ability to give credit where it is due.

Review from Operations Dept

Don't know they are great.

Most of the leadership team let you be your own person and do things you want to because you're good at them. They also don't baby you and annoy you about things.

Review from Sales Dept

I enjoy that I see them regularly through our quarterly Global Town Hall meetings. I feel like I have a solid understanding of the direction the brand is heading and never feel nervous about brand health and job roles.

The Store Manager is fantastic, and the senior assistant is fantastic too, but the other assistant manager plays favorites to the point where it is no even possible to work comfortably.

Nice leadership all around the

I like how they make sure everyone feels as though they are apart of the team

Schedule overtime constantly. You don't have a real shift. You have whatever they say after you are lied to and hired.

they are really cool dude

everyone is so amazingly nice and respectful

They want to transform Under Armour into a more digital-led company.

They make it fun to work

Review from Operations Dept

I like that they are flexible

Review from Product Dept

I like that they try to help as much as allowed

Review from Product Dept

They make sure the staff team is comfortable with temp workers and a safe atmosphere

Review from Product Dept

They are quite helpful to new employees.

They communicate the changes promptly.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Evenyone needs to be retrained. New employees are pushed to sales floor with no training. Old management team continues to drag old problems with them and that is why this store is tanking. Most of the team doesn't even want to interact with customers.

Review from Product Dept

letting me outside not beating me whith a stick

Treating their teammates with respect, dignity, patience and understanding. Most managers appear to be in-equipped with the rationale to aid or train their colleagues without threatening their livelihoods. Don't work for UA unless you are desperate for a meager resume builder.

Fair schedule, less favoritism, appreciate hard work, fire those who arent capable of doing the basic tasks for the position

Leadership should not be passive aggressive or go by hearsay.

Communication. Organization. Understanding the needs of teammates working in the day-to-day areas of the business.

I already said it...They are only interested in themselves & their Profits!

The leadership team needs to get better at actually listening to and understanding their teammates needs.

Caring about employees— the pressure to give 150% was insane (coming from a very hard worke

Leadership turnover is high resulting in lack of strategy, transparency, and direction.
