What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the leadership team let you be your own person and do things you want to because you're good at them. They also don't baby you and annoy you about things.

Leadership turnover is high resulting in lack of strategy, transparency, and direction.

50% off everything in the store for high end clothing which is usually on sale is really nice

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus payouts have not been given at their full percentage due to mid-year shifts in direction based on Wall Street expectations.

freindly and they like to help teach me how to do things correctly

I have literally never heard the managers complain about any coworker besides one which was an outside hire and was nearly immediately disliked and removed.

Connected Fitness is the stepchild of UA. There is no direction, strategy, or career growth. Leadership has a bully mentality.
