Long road of failing forward to find success. Ushur has helped me grow as professional by throwing me to the wolfs but being understanding if i fail. It can be hard and very fast pace but extremely rewarding.

Being able to be the key point of information and consultant for projects. It is a good feeling being able to assist with projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast paced but a self starter sandbox. If you think something can be done better just say something and you could create the new standard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding and took a chance at hiring me even though I didn't have any experience. They do not see me as just a number or statistic but as person who is motivated to be here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here shows their human side and that they want to be here. A lot of other jobs in my past people did not care and are just here to get their hours in and leave. Everyone at Ushur acts like they are stakeholder in this company and it creates a motivated workforce.
