Started off good, but current management and one particular Doctor (reach out to me for information on which one at VCA University Animal Hospital) have made my time less enjoyable and always had me looking over my shoulder. I'm always being targeted and critized with nothing positive said.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding their staff and not playing favorites to some people just because of their rank or title.
