Pretty bad. Constant threats from my hospital Manger that if I call out I will loose my health insurance. Being forced to do jobs I was not hired for without any pay increase to supplement the extra responsibilities. Vca gardenstate, cherry hill NJ
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do a better job at understanding what kind of candidate they are interviewing. Being prepared to offer a proper wage. And be honest about their role when being hired .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I honestly can't think of one positive thing to say. I think vca has a good program for culture and environment. It juat not followed at my hospital. VCA garden state, cherry hill NJ
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and actually knowing their limitations on what decisions they are actually allowed to make. They also don't take any responsibility when they are wrong and just blame it on the employee. Vca gardenstate, cherry hill NJ
