I love Vena! I won't be leaving this company for a very long time. I love my team, my friends, my manager and my leadership teams, the work, the clients - Everyday is just FUN!

I feel that my male counterparts are paid more than I am. I have more working experience in my field.

There are SO MANY things that are great about my team. the most amazing group of people I've worked with in a long time!

Honesty but also that you have a safe space to make mistakes and learn without fear of termination or being called out for poor performance.

Everything! working with my team, my customers, my colleagues, working from home, working from the office, flexibility so i can manage my job and my family!

The support and safe environment created to be able to learn, even when you make mistakes, your mistakes are used as learning and growth opportunities and not something that's used against you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to share and help each other all the time 100%. The vena team(s) are more than just work colleagues, everyone has a respect for each other that is very professional and comforting
What makes you most happy at work?
my leadership team, my manager, my colleagues! Everyday / week there is something new to learn or to challenge you. Its a learning experience all the time. Vena's customers are wonderful and such a joy to work with every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting all the different folks, the honesty about what to expect in the role and the opportunity to ask many questions, even when the interview was over, additional questions that came to mind, I was able to reach out to the Vena team for answers.
