I love my coworkers. Even when I hate them. We're still family.

My coworkers aren't at fault. People are thrown on the floor with very inadequate training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treated their poorly and as if we are all replaceable but the pay is fair. The insurance is extremely costly with little benefit.
