I have been with the company for over 10 years now. The vacation time is good and overall I'm happy with the exception that I think my pay is too low.

The camaraderie of everyone work towards shared goals as a team.

The leadership team is willing to help and adaptable when needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very willing to help each other and we do care about each other as people as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my pay is under the value I bring to the company and based on my educational background in under current market rates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership does recognize when employees do a good job. I received a shout out at a town hall and that was great. I still think I deserve higher compensation though.
