This company failed in refunding the right card, and made it my problem. Filed fraudulent reports to bureaus, and continue to try Andale it my problem. Well the lawsuit for fraudulent filing will cost them thousands, and they think this is funny when on phone conversations. LAWSUIT

Allow the system to send alerts to all the account holders, not just 1 person only!! When a check is sent from Bill Pay, deduct the funds from the account when the check is sent not when it's cashed.
