Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Very disappointed with my experience of returning pants. There is no physical store within 300 miles of where I live, so I needed a return label. I received it, sent pants back, only to have them come back to me with instructions to return to physical store, which ended up being too late for refund.

Brand should take reaponsibilry if a custoner is injured in store. No accountability from any employee. Cover up the truth. Not very professional.
