Dimond Resort charged me additional $420.21 for my stay 4 night stay eventhough I bought a sampler from them. They did not let me attend the presentation and said I will kot be charged. A month later I see in my credit card that they charged me. Employees say something and do another thing.

I have received the poorest service ever. After being with Diamond for 22 years and am looking to transition....no one can help me and no one wants to.

Fair process followed for Transitions program which Diamond claims is the only valid way to end membership - for a $1,000 fee "per contract". Misleading responses to reasonable questions, stalled in hopes member will jive up, and stay, or pay an large fee unfairly charged. Preys on seniors.
