What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

The Bradley facility is the worse ever. My brother in law was giving a tray of food, as soon as he turned around to get to their table, he tripped over a bucket lying on the floor and fell. The manager, yelled at him!!! She said, I have a sign right in front, can't you see it? How disrespectful

UNION CITY, GA LOCATION is the worst. I have been a loyal customer for steak n shake for some time now, i also have a friend that works for that exact same location. Ive been hearing about the owner and the general manager both take hundreds of dollars out of certain employees checks CONSECUTIVELY.
What do you value most about this brand?
The quality of the food and products.
What can this brand most improve?
Service was subpar. Floors were greasy, ice by the drinks section floor, both slip & fall. Bathroom was horrible. Toilets full was excrements, filthy on the floors & toilets. Blood on the walls near the women's hygiene waste container. Totally disappointed with this establishment.
