At first everything was fine until I came in late now my hours have been cut to 10 hrs and I haven't worked for a week also the manager is very belittling to people including me she made me feel as if I was arguing with her when I was asking questions

All the people I work with are what makes me want to go to work other than the customer my manager is who makes me feel uncomfortable
