What do you like best about your company?That we don't micro-manage our employees and we all have a voice.
What did you like most about the interview process?The fact that they gave me a chance to prove myself even with flaws in my background.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?Would love to have my own office or larger one and a room for our drivers to sleep in when they can't make it home before leaving out again.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Parents and children should not be working the same location if they are not both managers or both associates. Training should be done at a different location for managment to lesson the backlash from employees who have worked for years and cant manage. This would professionalize things better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was told after I was done with training I would be guaranteed 48 hours in my interview. Barely getting 40
