Where's my $2 million in stock? Truthfully though, I'd be happy with at least a 10% pay increase and my yearly bonus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the past, we had trips to Lagoon and monthly lunches and a yearly steak fry. When Terrance came on board, all that went out the window.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard every day to knock it out of the park for our customers and each other. The executives? Not so much... Seems like they're just grifting off of the company for their own benefit while all of us doing the work get the sort end of the stick.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bonuses and cost of living increases were scrubbed this year but Terrance received over $2 Million in stock this year with the rest of the executives getting over $1 Million each. If we struggled to make a profit in 2022. How come they all get millions in stock but all of us doing the work got zip?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero cost of living increase for this year and no bonus, but Terrance got over $2 Million in stock and the rest of the executives got over $1million. How about the rest of us doing the heavy lifting for you sorry pieces of work at the top who get paid to attend excessive retreats to Park City?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'd like to get my bonus and a cost of living increase. 3% is a little light, how about at least a 10% raise? Terrance got over $2 million in stock this year? He could afford to skip his $2 million in stock and help us small fry out doing the work for his extravagant lifestyle. Throw us a bone.
