We work together as a team we respect each other if someone needs help they get it immediately no one is afraid to ask for help either

The environment I work in I've never worked at a place with this kind of environment sometimes it's a little chaotic with orders but we work as a team so you're not just by yourself sometimes when you think to ask for help somebody is literally already there we look out for each other
