They talk about a lot of things, but very little of it gets put into action. What they say and what they do tend to be very different. Policies tend to be up for interpretation depending on who needs what. Overall, more negative than positive experiences here.

Bossy, expect me to do work tjey wont, make mistakes and then blame me for them, slow, dont understand the job
