My manager gives me autonomy to be successful and make a difference.

I feel slightly undercompensated but feel blessed to work at Nature's Sunshine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They empower me to run my team as I see fit. Flexibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and professional. I honestly don't have have much to complain about.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the feeling that I am personally making a difference on the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing in particular, but the PTO is fair and I have been getting opportunities to grow.

I loved how friendly everyone is at the company. It makes work feel less like work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have lots of experience and have lots of skills that pertain to NSP. They are friendly and genuine.
What makes you most happy at work?
In general, I am a happy person. I just enjoy my team and getting the job done. We are making a difference every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Innovative creative new strategies that have completely changed the company from when I started. They appear to be very intelligent and genuinely care about the future of the company.
