We hold too many company-wide meetings that are nothing but a waste of time

Working from home makes me happy! This needs to be standard for all desk jobs.

We need better insurance. It doesn't matter how little it costs the employees if you can't ever find a doctor who takes your insurance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company made SO MUCH MONEY when we were all working from home! Stop trying to get us all to come back to the office!
