The company is really growing, and keeping busy, but the employees are getting burned out, and feel like they are replaceable at a blink of an eye. Management does NOT help in dealing with employees who call in constantly, and feel the need to do less.

The weekend....im not there to be rushed around

friends that actually work, and make the day tolerable

We are great friends, and know we can talk about anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit making the office people, and sales reps more important than the people THAT SHOW UP EVERYDAY, and HAVE to actually deal with the masks, and going in everyday!! We DONT feel important to the company, and KNOW we are replaceable
Really surprised to read this comment. We have consistently gone above and beyond to thank our front-line workers for their dedication and hard work, especially during COVID-19. We provided additional bonuses for front line workers & care packages.
