Comradery and mutual respect. They have a positive and winning attitude and seem to all care about eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No gossiping or stress placed on the individual to be more than they are capable. We work together as a team and support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring and connected with the employees. The wellness and product perks, and things like random snacks for the breakroom and celebratory cookies, etc, as well as cash bonuses , show they are invested in us and want to support us as we support them, all of us moving forward together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
