Everyone has such a diverse background that we all work together very effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has breakfast meeting in January and a summer bash in July and offers a Thanksgiving coupon every year.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company does annual health check which includes a blood workup that if the employee passes gets a much reduced premium payment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have monthly Zoom meetings with all employees explaining how the company is doing financially and explains the new products and markets we are entering into.
