We all support each other - even though we are now working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the downward communication. I feel like I have a good handle on how the company is progressing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help everyone else. I'm almost entry level and I had a VP from another area help me on a problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The review process does not allow for extra work being done to be recorded. Even with this, my yearly raise was only around 35 cents/hour.
