In the 5 years I have been here I have seen that they try to hire within for new positions. They champion personal and work victories for those who succeed. This is a great company and I feel that when looking at other employees who have been here for 16+ years, NSP speaks for itself

I enjoy all the friendships and cross over with other departments and how well we work together

My team flows very well. We communicate efficiently and know how to work together to get work done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that people are so willing to jump in and help with project, event, or job that arises regardless of if it is specific to one deparment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they really keep the entire company in the loop with everything that is happening across the board. We have monthly calls where were we have other managers from our international teams speak with us, our HR team, our top execs, etc. Very well done!
