Interacting with the customers. Some customers made my day by the compliments they give me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like everyone in the job is my friends!! I love how everyone just makes one another feel welcomed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do way more calls in Spanish than in English which im very comfortable with but have had other options as in jobs with better pay for being bilingual.
