I feel trusted and am not micromanaged. I can trust my co-workers. Everybody is professional. The company has goals that we regularly surpass, which is exciting.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I haven't had much to complain about. We have a nice work-at-home and office balance, though I'm afraid some old-fashioned person will want us to come in to the office 100% of the time and that will change.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The possibility of bonuses is new for me!

Having a lot to do. I don't like being bored.

They are actually producing results; they are enthusiastic and communicate our goals

They are all smart and motivated people. None of them are slackers.

The bonuses are nice as I didn't get them at the last place I worked

They are also friendly but very professional. Nobody is a slacker and everybody works hard.

I don't feel that there are any negative people or gossip. People do their jobs!

I hardly ever hear mean gossip. People like each other. You can trust that they are doing their jobs.

They seem to be telling us the truth about what is going on in the company. They don't sugar coat things. They also celebrate the good that is happening.
