We all work together and never have to ask for help because if any of us see the other struggling or needing help we just do it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just knowing the amount of money the company makes, I feel they could pay us Employees at the bottom of the totem pole a little better!! After all it ALL has to start from the bottom and without us Employees we wouldn't be a company.
