Its a job that I go to Monday through Friday. I do tasks, and receive my pittance every two weeks.

Paid time off hours accrued per pay period
What makes you most happy at work?
Going home at the end of my shift.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Put their phones away and do their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, we havent had a mass shooting here. Its mostly quiet.

Stop eliminating benefits to increase your profit margins. Bring back the benefits you stole.

Hourly wage are better than what I would receive if I quit and hired at another company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management interacting more with their employees. Paying employees based on inflation. Not having redundant busy work, which accomplishes nothing.
