I have worked for the company for many, many years. Up to about three years ago, I loved the company, was proud to work for the company, and was delighted to refer open job positions to friends/family. Not now - the HR Vice President has ruined it for me. For a lot of employees.

My pay should equal my workload and my worth. Currently, my pay is well below my workload.
