401k match is reasonable but could be more competitive. Health insurance premiums are fair for the level of insurance provided.

Good amount of freedom to execute tasks and implement new technologies and processes. Can take time off without need to take work with you.

All are very competent and hard working. They are dedicated to the company and willing to do what is necessary for the company to succeed.
