I think it's pretty good. Here's the gist of it - Employees may accrue a maximum of 352 hours of vacation as follows: Full-time exempt employees accrue 22 days per year; Part-time exempt employees accrue pro-rated vacation days according to the percentage of the appointment; Full-time nonexempt employees accrue 10 vacation days per year for the first two years of employment. At the beginning of the third year of employment, the employee accrues 16 days of vacation per year. At the beginning of the seventh year of employment, the employee accrues 22 days per year; Part-time nonexempt employees accrue pro-rated vacation days according to the percentage of the appointment. Once the maximum has been accrued, you either use or lose it.
