    I wish there were something positive to say but alas my manager and administrator are in positions they do not qualify for, nor do they have the necessary skills to be effective.

    After more than a decade of service I would expect to be paid average wage but I am under compensated. I am also doing the work of 2 people since we have cut staff.

    The default rate is less than 50% of market! You must get the governor's approval for more.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Our leadershp does not know the work ad is dragging the entire division down.
