What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I wish there were something positive to say but alas my manager and administrator are in positions they do not qualify for, nor do they have the necessary skills to be effective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?After more than a decade of service I would expect to be paid average wage but I am under compensated. I am also doing the work of 2 people since we have cut staff.
