ProHealth for the most part has been very good. I need to get my medications and the has been an issue. Some are for my heart, and I am out of 4 of my prescriptions.

Professional / friendly and welcoming demeanor from doctors, nurses, PT's, and other assisants
Quality, customer service, price, resaerch and development
Nothing about patient care All about money and allowing HIPAA laws to be broken by BAD hires. All they care about is a heartbeat not brain power - So many HIPAA laws are broken in their call center and in the practices - just "coaching" by absolute worthless management. Numerous complaints to HR -
