What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are attentive and keep up on all issues or positive results. Also keep the staff informed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hard to say. Its been bad for a long time.
The leadership team would need to be tolerant of and respect a variety of opinions and thoughts.
realize that real people have lives besides work have more life balance in the company not only value the management team but all workers in the corporation
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay rate is good. You work very hard though
Retirement match. Pay is above average. All in network care covered at 90%
incentive compensation is calculated on a defined set of metrics annually
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Executive team better than well paid and never touch a patient.
the company does not value long term employees wages do not grow with experience
I am a resident physician so I am salary but work way over 40 hours a week without any overtime or extra pay. I know this is the common way of practice with residents but just stating what the truth is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We Work Together as a Team
Hard workers despite executive management.
The people are great. Great friends of mine
Very friendly and we all get along great. Very cohesive and efficient group of people.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is great besides the usual conflicts that happen in the workplace we all work well together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive combined care for our Staff & Patients together
Medical staff is engaged and interested in quality and safety
It is family oriented which is nice
Supportive and they are very efficient
Everyone is up beat and determined to provide the greatest evidence based medicine to all.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
value the ordinary workers not just the management and provide a work / life balance
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt comfortable talking to the managers
