Terrible MGMT. We can't keep parts to run the lines. Warehouse over crowded. Not enough room to do your job. Making employees work on weekends for the failed planning of the people in charge. They continue to hire their unqualified friends to Jobs they are not qualified for. This location needs help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's nothing. Once you've been exposed to how things actually work here you just tune out and do your job knowing that you are not appreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
According to the numbers. One shift is producing at a much higher level. However the shift with the worst output is getting paid 1.50 more per hour make that make sense.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get the good ole boys out. They only care about themselves. It's a recipe for disaster. We need people from all walks of life to have a say and an opportunity to strive and make everyone feel included
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone on this job feels they are entitled. New employees receive no training no opportunity for advancement your immediate supervisor have no input or interest in doing anything to help anyone except those people who have their ear. In other words they are frightened to death to do their job. It'
