I like the work. I like the challenge. I feel that I am good at my job and my team generally respects my decisions, but I am frustrated with the processes that are setup for automotive and not capable of adapting to the needs of non-automotive product lines.

They generally do not bother our business operations as long as we are profitable.

The duties and amount of work I am performing pay higher in the market.

Executing projects and provisions that help my team realize better efficiency and production at their jobs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was already very familiar with DENSO, and knowledgeable of the positions, so this is not really a qualifying question.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus, commitment and direction for our parent group. We are a non-automotive group and very little consideration is made for our operational needs. We are second to anything automotive, yet a huge part of quality manufacturing. One DENSO is preached, but not executed.
