Management never engages the associates, no pay for perfomance, length of service, knowledge or ability, can't continue being in business, all work is going to be shifted to Mexico
Low pay, and not enough time off to start. I'd love to see more vacation time and more time off.

According to the numbers. One shift is producing at a much higher level. However the shift with the worst output is getting paid 1.50 more per hour make that make sense.

New employees receive no training no opportunity for advancement your immediate supervisor have no input or interest in doing anything to help anyone except those people who have their ear. Focus, commitment and direction for our parent group. We are a non-automotive group and very little consideration is made for our operational needs. We are second to anything automotive, yet a huge part of quality manufacturing. One DENSO is preached, but not executed.
Hire fair and not bias AR associates, cult orginization
Team leaders need to work better with the employees
Get the good ole boys out. They only care about themselves. It's a recipe for disaster. We need people from all walks of life to have a say and an opportunity to strive and make everyone feel included
