What do you like best about the leadership team?
SEEM TO TELL THINGS AS THEY KNOW IT - NOT HOLDING BACK
Nothing. They are absolutely horrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest and fair. Promoting hard work over hubris.

Enforcing the same rules for everyone
Communication and focusing on the families, not paperwork
Being nice, encouraging and positive instead of threatening all the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k BENEFITS AND TIME OFF
The rates are pretty decent
The pay is decent and benefits are good.
Nothing. It’s so expensive most employees don’t partake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other comparative local positions pay almost twice as much. Also sci refuses to give out overtime
They should share the wealth. Instead of top management getting stock options. We work as hard as they do, and they demand a lot from us including working a lot more hours than they do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well together.
We're all strong workers and care about our work/products.
They are the loveliest and kindest people I have ever met.
EVERYONE WORKS TOGETHER AND HELPS EACH OTHER OUT
They are all driven to give the best customer service available.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Their daily attitude and work ethics
Their preoccupation with themselves and their selfishness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people truly live to serve others.
MANAGER MAKES IT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK
In the morning when there is less volume
The environment is extremely fast paced and stressful but the team works together to help out however they can.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Respect. And a much cleaner and nice work environment.

Getting to ask questions and receiving feedback.
It was short. Really not an interview. Complete forms.
