The rates are pretty decent

The pay is decent and benefits are good.

Nothing. It’s so expensive most employees don’t partake.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other comparative local positions pay almost twice as much. Also sci refuses to give out overtime

They should share the wealth. Instead of top management getting stock options. We work as hard as they do, and they demand a lot from us including working a lot more hours than they do.
