Terrible. Way too much pressure and work and not nearly enough compensation for all of the insults and aggravation.

Their preoccupation with themselves and their selfishness.

Nothing. It’s so expensive most employees don’t partake.

Nothing. They are absolutely horrible.

Respect. And a much cleaner and nice work environment.

Being nice, encouraging and positive instead of threatening all the time.

Company culture and management needs to be completely overhauled and refreshed

They should share the wealth. Instead of top management getting stock options. We work as hard as they do, and they demand a lot from us including working a lot more hours than they do.
