Annual reviews, no fear of missing out on opportunities for raises/promotions
Nothing changes even when people speak up . Their is a lack of communcation
Getting paid the same amount as new hires
Increased pay for late night hours and critical follow ups.
The talk does not line up with the walk.
Bonuses are relatively low compared to other companies I've worked in. I would rather have a lower base and earn more through my bonus depending on my results.
