People management, The HR Team needs some up dateing
Clear and consistent job duties that dont change every 3 months, better defined goals and vision for future, give and quit moving the goalpost.
Supporting their people where it counts
Micromanagement needs to be eradicated and hiring decisions should be made by an uninterested party, such as HR to rid the nepotism/hiring of friends who have the inappropriate skills to lead.
Nothing changes even when people speak up . Their is a lack of communcation
Getting paid the same amount as new hires
Increased pay for late night hours and critical follow ups.
The talk does not line up with the walk.
Bonuses are relatively low compared to other companies I've worked in. I would rather have a lower base and earn more through my bonus depending on my results.
A little more openness to new ideas and progressive thinking would be great.
Pay attention to the departments, they are a lot different when you are around
Invest a bit more in employees - the way we do in our products.
