I am not sure. We are only affected by their policies but do not have open lines of communication with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus pay structure if you do well you can make pretty good money
Salary is the best part along with a decent bonus program

What are some of the best things about your team?
I cant really say, because we are separate
Camaraderie, smarts, commitment, supporting clincians in saving lives

The team is professional and don't play the BS game very well.

Top down leadership caring and communication supports sales people's efforts to bring in the orders.

Meeting manager at the time and area director
The part that asks for a unique description of why you should be hired. I wrote a little song.
Prior to the pandemic, they would fly out final candidates.
i was qualified, i didnt need an interview.

Helping people and saving lives
Having big deals to work
Helping out amazing patients and families
we used to get free lunches when i started working, and sometimes we'll get free lunches throughout the year on special occasions
