What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If this is the last company in the world, you'd be better off not working. It's a dead end place, with poor leadership. The majority of people are simply coasting to retirement. It's a bad place from top to bottom.

Lowest pay in the SF Bay area
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more collaborative, seek to get better and understand that doing things the way you did them the last 20 years isn't always a good thing. CHange or die...they will die
If my co-workers were open to new ideas that would be a huge step; the existing mantra is "that's the way we've always done it".

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change Leadership immediately and bring in new blood
more engagement from top to bottom. we're in desperate need of an infusion of new blood, new talent.

The fact that they didn't ask any difficult questions...they basically lied about everything.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many things to name but start with changing the leadership. Follow that up with holding employees accountable...improve pay.
Too much to type...this place needs an overhaul from top to bottom. There may be two or three people in the whole facility that are "A" performers.

What do I like best about the company...leaving everyday
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
There's too much to name but the facilities are poor, unkept and old. Needs to be bulldozed and built fresh from the ground up.
